This was a good read and thanks for posting it.

My experience is this isn't just the Football team, but the way a lot of the athletic programs at Dayton are...coaches and players who treat each other as family and that is why IMHO that most of the Flyer programs are successful.

Headed for Chicago this weekend as are a number of players from the 2010 team. In fact one whole "Ghetto" houseful. Can't wait to see them at the wedding of their QB.

Talk about family, these guys have been in each other's weddings the past few years; their wives know each other and this friendship born from a college football experience for a few years will last their lifetime.

Heck, even the parents of the players are getting to see each other yearly. It was a great time to be a grandpa so hope other, younger gramps out there will enjoy UD football 2017. (By now more gramps should be internet savvy than those of us in 2006)
