Jayla can create her own shot but can't convert at the charity line. She too had some bad passes and had ball stripped from her. The last one in the 4th qtr was a mugging and should have been a foul.
As for Jayla having the ball the whole time in the last play not so. Once She Went Up It Was Ward And Chandler Fighting For Put back. Neither one could finish during the game so why were they the ones for rebound and putback.
No doubt Jayla was fouled, announcers and coach even Said so. But if we were hoping for the call with her poor ft shooting it would be doubtful she'd make them. So truthfully we don't have one complete player.
Not sure what's happened to Maddy Dennis but she seems to have come alive since the GT game. Always liked her but she fit that finesse post player type. Now she is aggressive on both offense and defense. When the announcers give her credit then others see it too. Maybe it's the Mallot affect, waking up realizing she is a senior and it's now or never.
Chandler looks awkward out there, not comfortable at all. Guess her confidence is down. Really thought this team had turned the corner but our road record is miserable to say the least.
Going to the SLU game on 23rd.....think that is math day with thousands of screaming kids. We've got to turn the corner on away games or we'll be sitting home.

Most of your points were good, so I Thanked you. You are, however, way off base on Scaife not making the free throws. She shoots 63%, so she almost certainly would have made one to tie the score. The second one maybe.
