Davidson match
So, I open up live stats and to my surprise, Duquesne is playing at Davidson, not Dayton. Of course I saw Erhahon on the play by play, so it's just normal A10 stuff.

UD 25 - 11 more like it.
VCU takes 2nd set 25 - 22
Have to pay to see VCU matches and they don't even have play by play announcers.

Don't have a clue what to expect vs VCU Sunday but less than their A game could be costly

Does what happens on Sunday actually matter?
The only thing that really matters is who wins the A10 tournament. Neither UD or VCU is getting an at large bid so the only thing that really matters is what happens in Pittsburgh.

Longest league winning streak is on the line, sure that matters to quite a few. VCU is 23-2 and getting votes an could get an invite. Not Dayton

Thanks for the info. I'm in favor of any VCU loss in any sport especially when Tori suddenly starts supporting the VCU volleyball team.

VCU has played like the best team in the league since the beginning of the season. Their SOS isnt as good and they did not test themselves as much as UD, but they have not struggled to beat the botttom-feeders like we have at times -- tonight being a good example of a poor team taking us to the limit in a 3-0 sweep that was anything but a drubbing. We were 2-4pts from being down 2-1 and going to a fifth. On the nights we hit well, we dont pass well. When we pass well, we cant seem to receive. When we figure out how to receive, our own serve is easy pickins'. When we block well, we can't seem to hit for a percentage. Its time we put it all together and drop the hammer.
They may have to pull that off to have a shot vs VCU or they may get swept. I want to see the team show some signs that they have gotten better since the beginning of the year. We've had debilitating injuries no doubt, but those are excuses for a program like ours. Nobody feels sorry that Sloan was out for a while and Jane was out and Peterson has been out all season.
Anything other than our best performance of the season and I have to think the Rams are favorites at home. If I remember, VCU is one of the best blocking teams in the country. We do not typically match up well vs good blocking teams.
Just gotta rise up and get er' done!

I was switching back and forth between VCU match and ours. SLU lost a lot of points on dbl hits, and blocks. Were in the sets till the end but failed to finish.
When turned into UD set saw what was like 3 receive errors in a row. TH called timd, didn't look like anyone in the front row had a clue where the ball or where receiver hit the ball to and it dropped right next to them, at times team looked like it lost focus or interest. Maybe looking ahead
