Not a surprise that Davidson pulls it out by one point over LaSalle, but who would have guessed it would be that close. VCU beats Richmond in it's third try.

Will Kyle make another shot or layup this year? He has lost his confidence, and confidence is his handle.

And Kyle with some very poor defense to allow a layup. Dude get off the mat and fight.

Weak drive there, Sibert. Gotta create contact and make the guy pay if he's going to attempt the block on the breakaway.

Number 0 on St Bonnie's hopped and then shuffled both feetor 4 steps before passing it for the 3 -- rewind it, amazing that was missed, the easiest travel call ever.

Bonnies have hit 7-9. Can't keep that up. Meanwhile we are getting point blank shots, and have missed three of those.

If we play like this on Thursday or Friday of next week, we will be playing on Saturday or Sunday. The Bonnies are just on fire from the field, hard to keep that up.

I don't see really good defense- I see a lot of lackluster play actually. Maybe the lack of meaningful practice is catching up with the Flyers. But as Bobby Knight would say- "I'd rather be down 2 at half than up 2; players tend to listen better when down at half"

I would suspect they will adjust the defense to Pollard, so Pierre has to step up.
Bonnies have made 10-12 two pointers and 4-9 threes. Defensively we have to stop the dribble drive. When they scored there was little help defense.

Somebody in Bona section did something to Archie or Flyers as they left court at half. He pointed into stands and asked for security.

Most thought Kyle would have something to prove after being left off of the all-defense team. Instead he appears to be sulking.

The ease with which St. Bonaventure is getting close to and to the basket is disconcerting, and with no real rim protector to clean up the mess it's killing us. And it's not from quick ball movement, but rather guys driving and easily getting past the first defender. We need to lock this down quickly.

That last foul called on Kyle Davis (his third, I think) seemed ticky-tack, especially in light of things which weren't called in the first half.

Pierre seems like his head is still in Dayton. If we win this getting almost nothing from him I will be pleasantly surprised.
Unbelievable the performance from Dion Wright.

I think all former coaches doing color work love Smith. That type of point guard gives them stiffies. Can't blame them!

Bonnies may be shooting unreal from 3 but most all of their looks have been open ones. Flyer D is a step or 2 slow closing out. Need to change that now.

Dion Wright was 3 for 20 in his career on 3s. 4 for 4 today.

But we are letting a career 15% 3 point shooter take them -- 3 for 20 on his career and Dion Wright is 4 for 4 today.

Trapping the ballhandler out high has yielded maybe 2 turnovers all game. Instead, Bonnies are passing out of that to the corner for a wide open 3. We need to call off the 2nd dog.
