Evidently, the locals were attacking the coaches attire. The fashion police internviened, and it was agreed to be a not worthy of a technical.

[Actual substantive portion of my response: TV announcers went out of the way to downplay it towards the end of halftime. Said they asked the refs, if there were any warnings or anything to keep in mind going forward in terms of the narrative of the game, and the refs said "Nope." I'd actually forgotten anything had happened till just now.]
