Best 3 point shooting team since 1990. Well, will be when the X-Man starts finding his shot.

Can't say "I knew it!", but very glad to see it. My niece is a senior at UD, and knows DD. Says he's a good guy. Good enough for me!

XW showed some inside game in the past, this year it looked for awhile he turned into Chris Johnson who also showed an inside game early in his career but then camped out in 3 point land.

At this point if KA stunk offensively I wouldn't care because he is going to be unbelievable defensively! His offense is going to be gravy.

Josh so powerful. And he plays under so much more control offensively than Kendall did. I'm so impressed with him. I hope they get Kostas out there again for defensive purposes.

KOSTAS is too but in a different way.
Good game for Jordan Davis. Wanna see him more agressively shooting.
Crutcher, another poor game

This is a much better shooting team than last year. When you think about it, Kendall and Kyle were not good shooters except at point blank range( I realize KD could shoot the 3 but you couldn't count on it) and Mikesell being off and on.

Congrats
Flyers on a fine game. They improved at both ends of the court tonight. John Crosby handled the end of the game quite well without mistakes. Kudos to AG for a good use of the zone with the bigs in the game. Here's hoping Landers injury is not serious.

Anthony has some kind of man crush on Crutcher. He is a nice player but not better than Crosby. Even if he is, Grant left him in winded in the second half, missing shots and weak passes and defense. I think he has broken Crosby's spirit. That public humiliation for a mistake was classless.
We still have lots of trouble on defense. The zone looked better than the man to man.
Loved Jordan's game. Landers injury may turn out to be the loss of his starting spot and minutes. That Jordan can play and shoot.

Not sure what's going on between Grant and Crosby. But whatever way Archie handled him didn't work so maybe Grant's way will. Hopefully it isn't favoritism toward his own recruit over Archie's and hopefully it's not a grudge based on the offseason blow up. But let's be honest, Crutcher looks more natural at the position than Crosby ever has. But Crosby has looked a lot better this season.

We still have lots of trouble on defense. The zone looked better than the man to man.
Loved Jordan's game. Landers injury may turn out to be the loss of his starting spot and minutes. That Jordan can play and shoot.

Why play Crutch when we have Crosby. And he had an assist tonight!! Woo hoo. 0 for 5 too. Crosby can play a roll, but his ceiling has been reached. He's got to be the worst starting pg in the galaxy. Accordingly his minutes and even starting need to be reevaluated.

BIG AG supporter. However, relax Piqua. These are NOT his recruits.
I am still of the belief that 2-3 years from now, we can be a Gonzaga type contender. Yes, I have the rose colored glasses back on IN THE FUTURE!

You are a Crosby hater from way back, so your objectivity is close to zero.

Maddog has no credibility. He was a Baby D hater from way back also. His way of admitting he was wrong is not by complementing Baby D's play so far this year, but ignoring it all together.

Looked up the stats. Pretty even with slight edge to Crosby. What a great problem we now have two decent point guards, when many said we would have none. The problem at this point is both are playing weak defense.

I'll go out on a limb. Baby D is looking like the best player since Roberts.

He's averaging 20.33 points per game so far and the most impressive part about that is that Baby D is the most unselfish player I've ever seen score that many points. I don't think I've ever said to myself or anybody else once in his whole time here "Baby D shouldn't have taken that shot". And today he started showing his driving floater, something I saw on his High School highlights and haven't seen since. I really hope he keeps this up, he deserves it.

Could hardly be more credible. Have called Crosby for what he is from the start, a very bad player to date. Some thought he would magically morph into a solid pg but the pg pixie dust missed him again. Have you watched him run, rather not run the offense? Seen any, come on, just one, good assist? After all in 3 games he has a whopping 8!! That 5 less than XW, a forward. And now it seems that AG sees the problem as well, more and more opting for inexperienced freshmen because he has no alternative.
As to DD I've never been a hater. I call it as it is. I exalted in his first year when as purely a 3 or specialist he excelled, but seemed to fall off as the year progressed. He regressed as a sophomore. Lost his stroke and displayed little else. Last year he improved considerably as a defender, but was pretty much a joke on offense, lacking confidence, completely incapable of finishing inside, mediocre outside and offering no help running the offense. This year he's terrific, one of the biggest turnarounds in any Flyer I've seen. Looks like an all A10 type player. Will be interesting to see if he can maintain it, especially when we play some stronger opponents. Wonder what changed? Clearly Archie was having no effect. Is it Grant or his coaches? Or did Darrell just do it himself?

Indeed. But one last slap to our respect. When the credits rolled at the end, they acknowledged the assistance from both Ohio University and Dayton University. gag.
