Congratulations to Brian Blasik!

Brian Blasik got a stolen base in the first inning in the loss last night to Wright State to increase his season total to 24, which is now #1 in Flyer history.

Bobby Glover moved up to a tie for 6th in season stolen bases as he now has 20 on the season.

And Brian's burning the baselines again!

In the 10-3 loss to Eastern Kentucky, Brian steals 3 bases, to bring his season total to 30!

What I find more intriguing, though, is that with 7 regular season games, and most likely 2 A10 Tourney games, he looks to have a chance at breaking the career stolen bases record for a Dayton Flyer. Currently, Michael Massa has the record with 63, with Brian Harlamert in second with 61. Brian Blasik now has 59 career stolen bases, so would need 5 more stolen bases to get the record.

Go get 'em Brian!
