MSOC: UD Drops 3-2 Heartbreaker to UMass
Game Recap: http://www.udpride.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31321
Really tough one to lose. Both teams battled. A couple questionable officiating whistles sort of decided this one. We had our chances however. Taneski was a handful all night for UMass. He ran a ton of miles out there.
We still control our destiny. Win the last two A10 matches and we're comfortably in the A10 Tourney that we also host.

Huge difference between 4 and 5 seed this year. As for qualifying for the top 8, Dayton has individual tiebreakers over St Louis and St Bonaventure, two of three teams that would be able to catch Dayton in record. St Bonaventure and La Salle are on the schedule, meaning one will eliminate the other from postseason contention (if not, both if they tie!) If Dayton gets any one point over the final two matches, or La Salle loses or ties that match, then Dayton should be officially in. The problem with an 8 seed, as the women know, is that it sends you to the #1 so these matches become important for better placement, even though I'd say Dayton is already in at, worst possible case, 4-4.
