Wow, we will miss Mikesell. He is showing again he can play every phase of the game.
The Davis boys and Robinson struggling a bit. Robinson looks a bit slow and/or out of shape.

22-17 RS after 1. I thought the Davis’ both played well the first game. ‘Paign appears to be taking them out of their games. Everyone else stepping up. Trey and Devin playing well. Trey and Ryan drawing the assignment of guarding Daum. He’s getting some because he has a great feel for finding the bucket, but we are doing a great job making it tough for him.

Thank goodness we have Thompson. He is a stud. Did Robinson play that quarter? Maybe he is ill.

Robinson played and scored. We gotta shoot better this quarter. Our D has been great. Gotta get the Davis’ going.

No wonder they're called house of paign. That was the most paiGnful ending I've watched. Not sure about rules, but surely Joey could've tried something different like putting Kyle in the game with fresh legs to nail this thing down sooner.

Not fair to the guys who are getting it done but I just keep thinking what if this team still had Tillman. T&T down low whether at the same time or separate would be amazing.

So true. Having a great PG and big man is wonderful. But they can't get you to #3 ranked team in the country by just putting any other three around them.
I'm starting to think that Ryan and DMO are the same player. They both have the same "swiss army knife" repertoire of skills. And the same inconsistent flaws. DMO stood out more on a team without a great PG and 1st team all american big man. But when I watch them both in this tournament and think back to what they brought on the floor during their senior seasons, they seem interchangeable. DMO though was given the star status because he didn't have any super stars around him.

Mikesell was consistently underrated. Very skilled player, just wasn't called upon this year. He has a tendency to be a bit of head case when shooting threes. DMO is forcing too much right now but he is very solid as well.
Super impressed by Trey today. He did everything he is built to do, high effort, athlete and elite competitor. He, DMO and Mikesell shut Daum down.

Only is Flyer Faithful crazy Dayton Ohio would a local radio station (1410-WING) carry the local boyz in the TBT. I had to head to New Carlisle at half time to ump a baseball game at 6:15 so I really appreciated the broadcast. Play by play guy and Stormin Noaman Grevey did an excellent job. I thought that Elam Ending was never going to end!!!!
Anybody know of any other TBT team on a local radio station?

The influence of Coach Grant continues...
Trey - 19 points/3 assists/8 rebounds
Ryan - 16 points/2 assists/8 rebounds
These results from two players not highly recruited out of high school. Player development matters!

Two great Flyers.
All it took was 4 years of development, a change in coaches, two hip surgeries, and a lot of hard work. Now they could play for anyone. Amazing.

I don’t think we’ve seen the best of DO yet this year. I like our chances when he gets it going, and I think he will. Trey and Ryan have certainly contributed big, especially on defense against Daum last game.

The question is who covers former NBAer Joe Johnson? He’s a tweener with a great shot and he’s not their only weapon. My vote goes to Trey.
