Pertinent A.J. Ryan information...

Ryan, who provided the Flyers with a hit in all five contests last week, paced Dayton to a 4-1 record including a series sweep at Charlotte, becoming the first Atlantic 10 team to earn a sweep on the 49ers' home field. The La Grange Park, Ill., native batted .348 during the seven-day stretch with eight hits, including a double in four consecutive games, a home run, three runs scored and seven RBI. Ryan began the week with a three-run homerun at IPFW in a 15-2 Dayton win, before hitting a two-run double in the first inning at No. 1 Kentucky, guiding UD to an early 4-0 lead against Collegiate Baseball's top-ranked team. He then hit an RBI double in game one of the Charlotte series and later tied a season-high three hits in a 3-2 UD win on Saturday. Ryan currently ranks third in the A-10 in total RBI (30) and second in doubles during conference games (5).
