Dodging Snowpocalypse

BEVERLY HILLS (MI) -- Looks like Snowpocalypse hit the City of Boston and the surrounding environs pretty hard, but only dropped six inches of white stuff further west in Amherst. The locals refer to that as "Wednesday." The Mullins Center in Amherst is where UD will face UMass, with the Flyers actually being picked as the favorite in this one. I really wish the Weather Channel would stop naming these winter storms -- they aren't that big a deal up in those parts.

Another week; another road test.

Interesting article about the Steve Alford Inn. Swampy's nephew, Ed Meadows, married Wendy Alford, an Indiana grad and Steve's cousin. Their three kids are all excellent basketball players.
