Pretty "bleh" to be honest. Still squandering way too many good scoring chances and cannot score on a corner kick to save our lives. We were the better side but the scoreboard didn't reflect it very well for 85 minutes. Simonetti has a rebuilding job w/Akron and will turn it around -- they could have easily escaped with a 1-1 result with a couple bounces despite the overall run of play.
Overall 6-1-1 in non-con play however is quite decent. We got bludgeoned by Ohio State though and that shows how far we have to go to be competitive with Top-30 programs. For the life of me I still cant figure out how we beat Butler. I'm shocked -- but I'll take it.
