Great interview. Got me a little excited, where up to now I have been depressed.

I hope she can keep that optimism in year 2 and 3 after getting beat to death this year.

Might be Brook Simpson from Belding High School. She’s a 2024 recruit and chose Dayton over Pitt, St. Louis and others. Simpson averaged 24.4 points, 6.6 rebounds and 4.3 steals as a sophomore. She was named to the all-state first team in Division II by the Detroit News.

Yep, it is Brook Simpson, who committed about 4 weeks ago. Exceptional scorer.
