Cedarville thread
It will be 18 days when UD tips off Thursday night and interesting to see how they come out against a team that plays a lower level of competition. Will UD be at full strength - will Arianna Smith the Indiana St. transfer be ready to play? Having watched Cedarville they have three point shooters and their ball movement to find the open shooter is impressive - but UD should be able to score inside at will. More to come Thursday.

We need to win this just to salvage pride. I wouldnt label it Meeks first win since its non-DI but I would count is as progress made just to give the team an ounce or two of confidence.
While they are 0-10, they were in position to win at least 4-6 of these games and maybe should have. Its a dire record and we have dire depth and experience, but its not like we've been getting blown out by 30 every night.

It is interesting that on the Cedarville site, this is listed as an exhibition game. But it is on ESPN+ and listed it as a regular game.
Cedarville is 2 and 8. Dayton better destroy this team.
Go Flyers!

It shows the depth to which the program has sunk. From a perennial tournament and league champion to actually caring how we play verses a DII school that is2-8 after getting drubbed by mighty Wisconsin Parkside. Ouch!

Very efficient night shooting inside and out. Made FTs. Dominated the glass. Positive A/TO ratio. We shoulda blown them out and did. It's a start.

Last player with 18 points and 11 assists in a game was Patrice Lalor against Penn State in March of 2011.

Is it relevant to include exhibition games or those against lower division competition?
